Seducer Bundle Contest Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
1.1 The Cultic Seducer Bundle Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open to all individuals who are at least 13 years old or of legal age in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry.
1.2 Cultic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
Contest Period:
2.1 The Contest begins on June 22, 2023, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 19, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).
2.2 All entries must be received within the Contest Period to be considered.
How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:
- a. Visit the designated contest webpage at https://show.co/rQ01I0s.
- b. Pre-save Seducer & follow Cultic using a Spotify account with a valid email address for contact purposes.
3.2 Each participant may only submit one entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be void.
Prize:
4.1 The winner of the Contest will receive a Cultic Seducer Bundle with a Cultic T-Shirt, CD, Signed Poster, and Stickers (the “Prize”).
4.2 The specifics of the Prize, including the T-shirt design, CD title, and sticker design, will be determined by Cultic and are subject to availability.
- a. The size of the T-shirt will be requested from the participant before the bundle is mailed.
4.3 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.4 Cultic reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
5.2 The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the end of the Contest Period.
5.3 The selected winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days after the draw.
5.4 The winner must respond to the email notification within fourteen (14) days of receiving it and provide their mailing address to claim the Prize.
5.5 If the winner fails to respond within the specified time or fails to provide the requested information, an alternate winner may be selected at Cultic’s discretion.
Privacy:
6.1 By participating in the Contest, participants agree to provide their personal information, including their email address, for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting the winner.
6.2 Cultic will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
Publicity:
7.1 By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow Cultic to use their first name, likeness, photograph, and/or any statements regarding the Contest for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
8.1 Cultic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of any technical or other difficulties that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
8.2 Cultic’s decisions regarding the Contest, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
8.3 By participating in the Contest, participants agree that Cultic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Participants assume all risks associated with the Contest and waive any and all claims against Cultic, its affiliates, and their respective members and agents for any harm or damages incurred.
